My name is Amure, I’m Blogo’s CEO.
We will help and we will fix. We are open to feedbacks and always available to hear from the users and fix something we did wrong.
My onIy question is why some users think the best way to fix something, is to write a negative review instead of talking with the team.
Imagine how cool it would be to give us the feedback, seeing that fixed, writing about it and get the right attention from us. We would love to share with all our audience a good customer success history.
But as a writer, I know that sometimes we just want to spread our point of view. This is the freedom of speech and one of our core values at Blogo.
What I can promise is:
Since 2014, we are developing Blogo, launching updates and working hard to make this a nice software. We’ll continue doing that and I hope that soon, even the unsatisfied customers will see and recognize our efforts to make you happy.
As the business model choice, we would love to continue in a simple pay forever model. But as we posted here (https://www.getblogo.com/blog/blogo-will-change-lets-talk-about-it/) some weeks ago on our blog, we were fighting too many pirates and making no money at all.

More than 60,000 people downloaded Blogo illegally from torrent sites. In the last 18 months alone, we’ve shut down more than 2,000 torrent links. But for every new update on the Mac App Store, hundreds of new torrent links appeared on the web.
We tried to fight. But we found we were spending more time asking Google to remove those links than focusing on developing Blogo.“
We know that many people will not understand our decision but we know that many more people will use our software for free, see the value behinds it and pay for the pro subscription.
As we said here (https://www.getblogo.com/pro/), „we’ve just started building PRO and our vision is really big. We plan to bring Analytics integration, Customized Push Notifications, Writer’s Coach, Media Search (so you can search for videos, images, podcasts and add them with 1 click inside Blogo)“.
